I agree.I hate to spoil the money making party but....no one is going to pay you for a picture that you think is funny. I wouldn't pay you a penny, come up with better ideas to make a quick buck.

You're best bet is to do what Meganerd said and use it to promote one of your sites that already makes some money from ads. Put a watermark with your domain name on the picture and as the picture circulates the web, you get increased visits to your site and, hopefully, increased ad clicks.

any other creative sites out there that may pay for a funny pic, could make a spoof against the geico!
If it's that great, why not sell the rights on a stock photo site?
Every time someone pays for a copy of it to use, you get a kickback.
Sure, from one photo, you're never going to make much, but if you've got a few hundred shots in a folio on a stock image site, you can make enough for beer & skittles every weekend.
