Make a Paypal link to charge them $.25 then have the post-paid link go to the picture?

Make the directory password protected and then give out the PW after they pay?

keep us posted.

:yo:

I could be wrong, but I don't think there's anywhere online that you could make $.25 per view for one picture.

If you want to cash in on it, I think you're best bet would be to try and sell it to a site out right. I have no idea if sites like CollegeHumor pay for that kind of content, but I would look into that if I were you.

I think it would be a better idea to use the photo to promote one of your other sites. Viral marketing is one of the best. IMO, don't charge.

I hate to spoil the money making party but....no one is going to pay you for a picture that you think is funny. I wouldn't pay you a penny, come up with better ideas to make a quick buck. Try starting with something related to domains....i mean heck...you are here!

I didn't say there was an easy way of doing it - I just showed you two ways of doing it.

Neither are secure or protected (making it so would be difficult).

I agree.

You're best bet is to do what Meganerd said and use it to promote one of your sites that already makes some money from ads. Put a watermark with your domain name on the picture and as the picture circulates the web, you get increased visits to your site and, hopefully, increased ad clicks.

Anyway to protect the pic?

ANY picture can be copied, If you can view it, you can copy it. The best way to protect it, is by using a watermark without it being too noticable.

I also agree with investor, nobody is going to pay to see a single picture, I would do what Meganerd suggested, use it to promote your site.

Just read your post after posting...... It's almost identical.

If it's that great, why not sell the rights on a stock photo site?
Every time someone pays for a copy of it to use, you get a kickback.

Sure, from one photo, you're never going to make much, but if you've got a few hundred shots in a folio on a stock image site, you can make enough for beer & skittles every weekend.

Post that photo on DNF for free :)

how about .10

Dragger is there an easy way to do this?

How can i protect the pic from copy or download?

your help is much appreciated!

any other creative sites out there that may pay for a funny pic, could make a spoof against the geico!

i don't think you can protect it from download.but you can put watermark on your picture.that way if it gets spread out across the internet at least it can mention your website.
