I dont see any value here sorry stew. Besides being kitkats slogan i would think besides TM issues there the whole use thing, most stores have distributers for candies
 
It's an ok name tbh, but like fatter said, TM issues and then the developing to use it issue bog the price down imo
I can't really give a price range for it either sorry.

Your best bet is to pitch it to HERSHEY'S. If the domain name doesnt mean much to you... Take a chance. End users are where the money is at.
 
i agree with ashaw. It will be hard to speak with anyone that is willing to bring to a person that can make a decision but its worth a shot.

i think tm issue though if you developed
