closed HDPad(.)com - Offer Received...Need Help!

I just received an offer and counter-offer via Sedo for HDPad.com and I'm not sure if I should accept.

What do you guys think it's worth?

Any input is greatly appreciated!

With domains I am unsure about I usually just send to auction, let the market determine the value.

I would say at least high $xxx but if it was a hand reg and I did not have plans to dev it I may flip for less if I needed the cash. I hope you have them up higher though.
