Most of the more active IDNers register at Dynadot and Domainsite. Dynadot offers a 4 day cancellation (which is good as some register IDNs then put them up for native speaker appraisal). Moniker is also good, but my personal preference is Domainsite for excellent customer service and ease of "push" between accounts.
