Hi everyone, I am Biraj from Nepal. I just got employed here at No Stress Limited and am currently building a tool similar to Dotdb and it can be used by everyone for free. My aim is to make this tool stable, efficient and scalable so that it can adapt to support large amount of request per second.

@birajst (Nepal) has joined us as a part-time dev to build our own DotDB-style solution that will plug into our Live Domain Auction Feed: https://www.dnforum.com/live-domain-auction-feed/com

We’ll start by creating an alpha that supports UK zone files: .uk, .co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk, .ltd.uk, .plc.uk, .net.uk, and .sch.uk

Once it’s tested and working well, we’ll roll it into the live feed at AcornDomains.co.uk and then, into our main DNF live auction feed (which already pulls .com auctions from GoDaddy, Sedo, Dynadot, Aftermarket.pl, DropCatch, GNAME, Namecheap, and NameSilo).

More to come, of course! We’ve got plenty of plans, though I’ve learned to share the next steps as they become real.

Hi Helmuts, my 1st findings has been great recently. i have been researching a lot regarding this tool and i have learned a lot about DNS, DNS records and its types and I was able to develop two APIs which will parse zone files and domain activity. zone file parser will parses domain's information such as domain name, and its classes. another is domain activity api which checks status of domain is active or not. and my next plan is to create a search api which will look for matching keywords and filter out accordingly.
