I may be ending up dealing with them in a similar fashion... They have been unresponsive to my issues thus far and are in the process of deleting one of my domains.

I spoke with Mr. Neuman just a few minutes ago and he was very receptive to my issues. He's making a few phone calls and hopefully everything can get straightened out...
