Wanted: Service HELP! domain problem

I'm seriously thinking of buying a domainname. The owner has reged it to build a website, not to sell it. How can I make my first contacts in order to get a good price?

Just ask if the name is for sale and for what price it could be. Show that you have some intereste in that name but do not show to much excitement. Use more common words.

Just received an e-mail back from the owner of the domain. He wants 20.000 euro for it. Don't think its worth it (its a dutch domain) but anyway, I am happy to own the .com, .eu and .be.

Would be nice to own both the .be and .nl (because of the same language in both countries.
