Help!!! I am losing my .info's

Hi,

I took advantage of a free .info promotion where I got 20 or so free .info's last year. I went ahead and developed a few of the domains.

Oct 20th they expired and i've tried to renew them through the site offering the promotion (reseller). There system has problems and I am unable to renew them.

Yesterday I see some of them going offline and the whois now has:

Sponsoring Registrar:Bizcn.com, Inc. (R265-LRMS)
StatusENDING DELETE RESTORABLE
Status:HOLD

I have no clue what to do to secure my domains again as the reseller cant seem to do it for me and I dont know how to access Bizcn.com, Inc (which i guess is the main registrar). Their site is not accessible.

Can anyone help or give advice as to what to do?

Try to reg them through some other registar is about the on;y thing you can do at this point.

The registrar should have something in their TOS about retrieving a domain during the drop grace period. Most charge $90/domain to retrieve them. You waited sine October to try and renew?

Just can't understand the language used there
Cnobin.com appears to be the Engish version
