I plan to migrate my site and have the following tasks to do,
1. Want to convert static html pages to lets say pages done with templates so that common design work is stored in just one template file.
2. Do sites designed using templates have any bearing on the search engine rank as against those without them?
2. Want to migrate to php from asp. What is the best way to edit php pages, any tool that supports page preview alike frontpage for asp.
3. Want to migrate to mysql from MS access. How best it can be done?
4. Where can I find scripts which disallow spidering of web site images?
5. Any security issues that need to be implemented while installing a forum, say phpbb. And are these issues already catered to by the webhost specially where installation is done using tools such as fantastico?
