Unfortunately, most of the names listed are contain or partially use trademarked terms. This could put you into some deep legal hot-water.

some good names, most of 'em trademarked and worth nothing.... the others are just worth nothing period

I kinda like xxxrevolution.com - $60-$100

I checked on the legality on the car names and such as long as the domain name is being used to sell whatever is used in the copyright then it is null and void.

At least thats what network solutions told me.

maybe, but how can you sell Saab cars on a website??

Sabb is not a pretty high profile name, but mazda and mecury?

Avoid most of those as they are trademark. Unless of course you want a law suit.

If you were an authorized Saab dealer, then conceivably you would have explicit ot otherwise implied permission to sell these cars on behalf of the TM holder. Car dealers display TMs at their brick and mortal and on their websites all the time.

Similarly, under a good affiliate program you might have implied concent to sell the TM product name that is contained in your domain name.

However, the TM holder has the right and the last word on their respective TM's. Thus, you 'd never be completely covered.
Your best case scenario is that you are contacted by an authorized dealer who wants to buy the name(s). If you advertize them for sale and the TM holder finds out, they may use this as evidence of "bad faith", so my advise is that you do not try and sell TM names openly.

The best of luck to you and I mean this wholeheartedly!

I have had 3 TM people contact me each time my lawyers told me I had no porblem

Are you asking us to appraise the value of your holdings as an Asset or a Liability?

NFLAccess.com $250
LethalPussy.com $100 (good easy to remember porn names are worth $$$)
GeekOrGreek.com $50 (frats could find something useful with this)
HomeDesires.com $25

The rest are worth $0 or just the registration fee.

Ok. Lets put it this way. ANy one of those names that contain a trademark can be taken from you if you offer to sell the domain, or sell a similar product without consent. Go to wipo.org and type in lexus and see how many names they (toyota) have taken. They guy that had most worked for the same lexus dealer as my girlfriend, and developed websites and handled IT for the dealership. But he didn't have permission to own the names and toyota went after him and won. If all you plan on doing is registering domains containing registered trademarks, I advise you to get out of this game. You asked for advice and that is what I am giving you. The best thing you can do is browse the various forums and websites dedicated to domains, and pick up some clues. I feel bad for newbies, they have no clue about drops, values and such. I've been doing this four years, have had some decent sales, but certainly not one of the elite. If I had to start now, knowing what I know, I wouldnt' start now. Besides the money invested, it consumes an incredible amount of time, and you also need a lot of luck.
