I just got an offer on one of my domain names..could you please advise me who I should contact to get legal/necessary documents and advise to process the sale safely.. transferrres of the URL and the payment.

the price is $5000+ We're in UK , the purchaser in Far East..possibly China?.. we are not clear at this point.

Thanks for your help on this David 119, it is a great help. Question? what is to stop escrow.com from keeping the money when I have transferred the domain to the buyer?
also..I use www.gandi.net i hope they are an easy outfit to transfer ownership etc.. do you know this company?
