Wanted: Service Help With 2 Scripts

I've got 2 scripts I really want to use. Both have issues..

One is a cms script using php 3 that needs to be php 5

One isn't finding it's template.

No, I'm sorry it's taken so long to respond. I've been sick. You can see the problem here:
