Sorry to bring this thread from the dead.

I am trying to tranfer out a domain from this Sh*thouse.
The unlock feature in the control panel will not unlock my domain. The "request support" does not have a link. Emails are either ignored or bounce. This happens about 10 days now...

Any ideas? Anyone has an email with real people replying at the end?

What do you mean?
They are accredited and "manage"(great job so far!) the domains with their control panel.

The control panel looked like Directi's....and now Stargate's.

There are about 3 control panels that are used by a lot of registrars.
I guess someone sells them the software or all are owned by the same company but have different accreditations for the drops.

They are really, really bad.

I used their customer interface to try to unlock my domain names to move them out of there. Even after the customer interface said the domains were unlocked, it still took like 3 weeks before the registrar-lock was removed from the domain status. Only then was I able to proceed with the transfers.

Another great thing about these guys is that they never respond to support emails.

Hi,
the same happened to me too.
After unlocking the domain about 10 times and sending them 10+ emails to all the emails on their website I could find the domain was magically unlocked.
Just a few days before it expired.
It took me 2-3 weeks to unlock it.
That is why I am tranfering early now.
