It's been a while since I had this appraised, Holiday is a good keyword with 250k OVT and it has 3000+ google with "holiday.pk" 225 million for "holiday" alone.

Any thoughts.

you might say its a great keyword, google results etc..that all does not matter IMO. I don't think its worth even $50...pk is just a terrible tld.,..undeveloped and without traffic I can't see any serious resellers being even interested in that.....most other tlds maybe taken ..so what..thats all people such as yourself...24 different tlds are listed on Sedo by people hoping to get offers...if someone says its worth something I would ask that person to make an offer...

searching site:.pk shows 3,200,000 domains. there are also 600,000 .com.pk domains. Not all will be sites, some just indexed pages. I would think that there are over two million registered Pakistani domains.

2 million? You are way off... its about 70k registrations.. I doubt the hotel.pk sale was real or went through..no way...

I sold 1947*PK for $850 at Sedo with mid XXX offers for a few others.
Nice and easy sale.
Ultrapremium names... have value.

The way I see it, Pakistan domain values will only increase. It is a huge country..quite like India. I'm prepared to renew my .in regs for 5 years if needed to get a good value. You should do the same...
Ask ItalianDragon on NP...he's one of the big .pk supporters..
