Thank you for offer. I have a current high offer of $1800 via pm. This is very close to what I would consider an 'asking price'. If anybody else is interested, please let me know. I am interested in selling in the next few days.

I also do not have a problem maintaining hosting for the site(s) until the new owner can safely transfer all files over to their new host, as long as it is in a fairly timely manner. I won't be much help in the actual transfer process, as I know very little about that stuff however.

The new owner can continue hosting the site with me as well (i rent a server).
