I got an offer for HomeSoftware .net and HomeSoftware .info domain names - $85 for each.
Do you think should I accept the offer or should I wait for little bit more?
Both domains are 9 months old.
HomeSoftware .net domain has some page on it with keywords "Home+Software" mostly for future SEO purposes and already went out of "google sandbox" (with request "homesoftware free and almost free software" it is on position 10 in Google search result. Totally there are about 150.000 results on this request).
If I don't sell it now, I will need to renew it in 2.5 months.
The Homesoftware .info domain is parked on sedo for a few months and there are about 10-15 visitors every month on it.
