1 . Trademark problem : trademark is someone pays for a name and none else can benefit from it . They take it seriously , No humor. Making fun of this matter can leads you to be kicked out of forums or banned. benefiting from trademark name can leads you to jail.
they have something called "legalized stealing" where you call sell TM names if you can give enough justification for using it . for example : orange.com islands.com ..etc . they also allow selling names of mistyping . they call it typo names.

2 . Making a deal : making an offer then changing your mind is very offensive for most members and can lead you to many problems

3 . Hacking accounts : it is not a game or fun . this is catastrophic for them and they consider it criminal act
