This site tells you everything you wanted to know about beer hops. This is a relatively new site with a brand new design. I've had it for about a month. The domain is registered with enom and has about 11 months to go.
I have attached extremetracking so you can view the traffic. Please give it a few days to get a sense of the traffic and referrals. Generally the site gets on average 25 unique visitors and 35 page views per day. The traffic generally comes from links, not too many search engine queries that I've noticed.
Google adsense has been put on the site. It is in a channel with about 30 other sites so it is impossible to estimate the revenue, but it is most likely making something. With time and more traffic it will probably do quite well.
The website and content are unique and all copyrights will pass to the new owner. The site has a google pagerank of 2.
This is a fun, unique site with a topic that everyone can appreciate. Who doesn't drink beer!
