Even when they start advertising .biz properly, and the b2b community starts to embrace it, which even with radically revised estimates, is the number one sector on the Internet, I still have doubts as to the value of this domain,

I understand how you feel. Good .biz names are not easy to find. It really sucks when you have to spend so many hours searching for even a real word domain. With business being the number one sector its not easy. Maybe if you wait they may bring out an other extension for business like .firm or maybe .fin. Goodluck, but expect some competition from a few of us at landrush.
