We are looking to sell our hosting business which has been in operation since the beginning of 2003 and has over 600+ clients. The business has a very good growth rate as well as very respectable monthly & annual income figures. Current income figures are very close to $100K/year therefore I am going to request from interested parties TO ONLY CONTACT US IF THEY ARE WELL FUNDED AND SERIOUS.
Below are current approx. financial figures as well as customer and hosting plan breakdown ;
FINANCES

Monthly Plans & Payments (30 Days): $7.000/month
Quarterly Plans & Payments (90 Days): $30/quarterly
Semi Annual Plans & Payments (180 Days): $522/semi-annually
Annual Plans & Payments (365 Days): $7.465/year
TOTAL ANNUAL INCOME ; $92.629/YEAR
In addition to the above figures, there are a number of clients who are billed through bank wire transfer, Western Union & Non-recurring transactions. Exact details and numbers will also be provided during negotiations. Annual renewals are also starting to reoccur after the end of June onwards.
The business was advertised through Google Adwords in the beginning. Nowadays word of month and current client referrals are the main source of new clients. We are currently getting around 10 new clients per week with no additional advertising. We feel that this business also has a great potential in terms of marketing related products to current client base such as Windows plans, design services & other hosting related products and services.

We would prefer selling this business to a buyer that would keep the current operation going the way it is and built on that however the buyer may do as he plans after the sale. We simply want to make sure that the clients will be in the hands of a professional firm and they will get the quality hosting services that they deserve. Please note that we are looking for a full sale and are not insterested in leasing, revenue sharing or installment payment plans.
