Hosts steeling domains?

I have personaly seen examples of this, in one case BulkRegister had to step in and stop one of their resellers who had taken 400 domains from his hosted customers.

 

I've seen this too.

Hosts will market a free domain with your hosting purchase of a year or whatever....and really the hosts information is within the registrant and admin fields of YOUR domain name.
