I don´t know how much traffic it gets or how much revenue it is making just now. It is not isolated.

Hoteis Baratos means Cheap Hotels.

There are (I think) 190 million people in Brazil. Perhaps that makes a difference.

Would you say the price is OK? Sell or Keep?

try to haggle for a bit more say 3K...give it a shot else 1500 is pretty decent
