why? is it a city name?

also I see many .tv and .cc be priced very high.

any idea about GD's appraisal and real market price? Thank you!

you dont need any appraising company to appraise domains. they give unrealistic value.
just visit this forum often post your domain in the appraising section and let fellow domainers appraise, it is more realistic.
