A name I am interested in was registered with BulkRegister until recently. Now that it has expired, I've tried to register it (not at BulkRegister) but it still comes up as being unavailable.

What can I do to register the name?

It has expired but is on hold , not dropped. Right ?

How can I find out if it's on hold or dropped?

Rule of thumb, you have to wait for 40 days after expiration and drop schedule from registrar. If they release the domain, they you may register the domains.

If this really big deal for you, use grabbing services to get the domain name.

Cheers,
tw

Thanks, TW. :)

Is it usually exactly 40 days?

sign-up for expired domain name grab service... unless it's not that good domain name....
