If I'm buying media for myself or a client, how can I buy PPC advertising on parked domains with the various parking companies? Thanks.

I think you need to subscribe with the feed companies, most are fed from Google, but some use Yahoo and there are a couple of others.

Any ideas on advertisers that Google and Yahoo won't accept? Like casino/poker/sports betting and adult?
