How do I transfer a domain from Tucows

I think control panel at Tucows is the worst I have ever seen.

I could not unlock my own domain and I wonder how to unlock and transfer the domain.

I could not find autho code request button either.

Bull xxxx registrar.

I sent emails for support to them but no replies.

Rubbish customer support.

How do I transfer the domain?

The seller gave me reseller account at Tucows.

I searched for the domain I like to unlock and I unlocked at the reseller account.

It could not be done via normal control panel.
