Hi,

I hope this is the right thread.

I was wondering how you uploaded a screenshot in jpeg format into a PM. I am having great difficultly in doing this and wondered if anyone could shed any light.

I'm not sure if you can, I would just put a link to it in the PM.

I wish you could just do it from within the forum or pm like you can at 356registry.com's forum.

Image tags

(IMG)URL(/IMG)

Just replace the ( and ) with [ and ]

I'm not sure if it's limited to certain forums and/or membership levels, though.

I think that it is by design that this site doesn't allow uploads or attachments to posts - a matter of performance (and cost) involved... personally I think it's a big plus to have some sort of integrated gallery for photos directly on the site, but as mentioned, there are plenty of external image hosting sites... (flickr, imageshack, photobucket, etc)

nparkin0,

the easiest way to do it is just press the "printscreen" button on your keyboard.

Then go to http://www.uploadscreenshot.com and click the PASTE button, the image will be uploaded to a page like this:
http://www.uploadscreenshot.com/image/39564/7573357

You can then send the person that URL, or use the BB Code on the bottom of that page to embed the pic into a forum, like this:

This shows where the printscreen button is:

hth,
