How much time before I can transfer a drop?

Has this changed at all, how long must I wait to transfer a drop caught at Sibername or elsehwere?

60 days but .. something interesting i found out. It's 60 days from when they actually put it into your account.

Example : A name hits TBR February 9th. The name is auctioned and closed February 14th. Added to your account February 16th. Now you can add 60 days before you can transfer the domain out.
