How much would you buy a 10 years old .com of any combinations?

e.g. reh-32.com?

10 years does not add any value to the name in my opinion

there are many 10 years old names I will not buy for reg fee

Yes, I agree. It is easy to find 12- or 13-year-old names dropping. The trick is to find old names that make sense, so they have value.
