How to add site search and subscrition

I found a web template for Dispatched.com and have been adding some links to it..the template has the search and News Subscription areas http://dispatched.com


I'm really not sure how to set up the form for these..

I have created the mailing list form using cpanel and the link is here:

http://piranha.dnsvelocity.com/mailman/listinfo/trucking_dispatched.com

Now how do I incorporate that into the form space onthe web site http://dispatched.com in the "News Subscribe " form ?
