How to get 0.25 rate for deleted domains?

I used monikers tasting service for the first time over the holidays. I was charged $1 for each deleted domain. how do I get the 0.25 per deleted domain rate?

It's going to be awhile.... unless they have improved. I have a $0.25 rate, and I had signed up using the NamePros member discount. I'm sure DNF has the same thing. Just say you want the best domain registration rate you can get, along with the $0.25 tasting rate.

Let us know how the CS is. Monte said things will be better (This year).
