Just curious how you would try to sell a domain that is an actual company? I would be afraid to offer to sell it to them because of a lawsuit or w/e so who would you try to sell it to?

I wouldn't register it in the first place unless you already had it.

Attempting to sell it is still bad faith in the eyes of WIPO - even if they offer to buy it first.

typically, you don't solicit the sale of those type of domains

you wait for offers

You can definitely approach them. Your typical sales pitch can state that you've changed plans for that domain and that you're contacting them to see if they are interested in it. Of course, you need to weigh your options; risk vs. reward.
