How to send F$ to another user?

I can't find the option anywhere...

in their profile on the left of the screen you see a "donate" link , then you put in the amount of f$ to send them.

well, if it said "donate f$" and was next to the f$ account then it would be obvious , but noooo.....

That's a nice suggestion! DCG is asking people for features and stuff like that you can suggested to him to add it.
