How to transfer domains thats parked at Godaddy (selling a domain)

Can anyone tell me exactly how to transfer a domain from Godaddy to a buyer? I am selling one of my domains thats currently parked there and I am unsure exactly what the process is to get it to the new owner.

if you are "pushing" the domain to the new owner, within godaddy then

get the owners email address and preferably their "whois" info.

login to your account and select the domain to be pushed.
then select "account change"
enter info and continue thru the process.


if the buyer wishes to transfer to a different registar, have them initiate the transfer request. then you authorize the transfer request (after receiving payment), which you should receive via email.
