How would I make a site like this?

I remember awhile back I found a site where I could download a list of all .com's currently registered, and a list of those that were deleted that day, along with those that were registered. I can not remember this site for the life of me. It wasn't a pay site. Anyone know of a site like this?

You can try www.tradedomains.org/deleteddomains. This might not be the one you visited, but provides info on deleted domains
