Wanted: Service HTML design required - must know PHP also

I have an exisiting site written in PHP with HTML. I need someone to give the site pages a professional face lift using their HTML skills, but be able to check that all the PHP works in tandem with the new cosmetic work. It runs with a mySQL database also, but there's probably no need to touch that.

Please show me some of your work. It will need to be of very high quality. You're probably someone that has cosmetically re-worked Joomla or vBulletin, however, this site is neither.
