A prior UDRP decision on a domain does not protect a new owner from sustaining similar action for the same domain, whereupon the decision could be entirely different.

My recommendation would be to delete this thread, if you expect Disney to place an offer after they failed at the court.

This is not a UDRP discussion my friend, if you wish to make an offer, you may do so.

The problem is that through this sale you allege a buyer would gain immunity and that is incorrect.
