I have received an offer at Sedo for HU1.com - please advise what end user value you would put on this name.

HU1 is the postcode for the centre of Hull, UK and HU is also the International Country Code for Hungary.

Hungary has it's own TLD .hu as for Post Codes in UK we both know they are HUL LNL format so don't see correlation....

finally since it's LLN.com my appraisal is UNDEVELOPED - high $XX to reseller OR low $XXX to end-users

Actually UK postcodes are generally LLN NLL (they are different from the Canadian format) so the name is relevant - HU1 covers the centre of Hull.

I sold a very similiar domain for $350 about 6 months ago, you can probably get high xxx - low x,xxx from an interested party...low-mid xxx reseller, its a good name and the #1 is what makes it worth more than other "average" 3 char's

and of course it's L L N, also I like it because the h & u are right above/below each other and thus it makes it easier to recall and type-in...
