Hi I am a website developer and am selling my website Grafican.com. I have had it for more than a year now. All the pages of the website are fully developed. The only thing that needs to be updated once in a while is the content such as videos, flash, etc (which can easily be taken off the internet). The website has the following content - some original and others submitted by visitors: Flash, Videos, Soundboards, Prank Calls, and Drum Loops. I have preloaded the Adsense code recently but have not activated it yet. I am currently taking any reasonable offer via PM.
