No sure it's too cheap, I have been offered a few 3 letter .com's last week in the 16-23k range.
They were all good letter combos as well.

depends on what the seller wanted for it and maybe what they paid for it originally and maybe how many other offers they got in the past and maybe how much traffic it got or not etc. etc.

I remember buying LLL.com for $500 > $900 and figured doubling my investment was a good thing :)

imo...

Could have been that extra 1900 which would make or break the deal and the buyer walking away.

Lost many of sales from being greedy and trying to push a buyer higher. Id rather close a deal of $16k over sitting on it for years not ever knowing if the desired 18k price would come along.

Would be different it if was 10, 20,30k too cheap, but over a couple of grand I dont think anyone got a bad deal.
