1. The Page Rank must be REAL and VALID - NO fake PR! Please check with tools such as Check Page Rank if you are uncertain, before sending PM.

2. Must be .com, .net, .org or .info and must not be a domain with any past of future potential TM issues.

3. Budget: mid $xx to mid $xxx depending on the quality of the name and how high the Page Rank is.
