I think it is worth you getting a lawyer to draw up legal papers and having the seller sign them ensuring that the seller refunds 100% of selling price plus 8% annual interest compounded and paying all legal fees and penalties if Microsoft demands compensation from the holder for parked revenue and revenue generated.

Microsoft is hot after this stuff and I can't believe they missed this one or Microsoft did not miss it and the seller is dumping it.

Other than that, it's a great typo with the "i" next to the "o" on the keyboard.

agree, a public sale is pretty stupid, but he probably wanted to take advantage of the short term jump in traffic due to the vista hype. He says it gets 250 hits a day...right now..on a regular non vista-first-day probably 10% of that..so not only is it a pretty obvious TM, he is also trying to pretend the traffic is 10 times of what it is...
