I have a form for a delivery service I need redone.. nothing big..
not a web form.. a real paper form... just need the name /
tele number changed; take out a couple columns gaining an 1 1/2 inch to make more room in the address rows.. maybe 15 minutes.. maybe an hour ..
it's a 4'' x 11" ..work it so 2 are on one standard 8x11 sheet of paper...easier to take to the printers and they make me carbonc copy books ..like a fed ex delivery book type thing.
