I need chat software...Help!

I need chat software that has audio enabled (voice chat) for a site I'm developing. Greg's chat software for dnforum, realchat.com, would be perfect for my site if only it had voice chat. I need the ability to create a main room along with password sub rooms (ideally password protected). My budget is $500. Does anyone know of any products that fit these requirements? Thanks a lot.

Hey Mike, sorry I cant help you with that...but I have another idea.. I cant recall her name..the gal on board that does voice over work..in case you need a voice introduction as people sign up..


She is suppose to beable to do good sultry voice overs..

Her names not clicking with me at the moment...but someone will pop in with it..

Just an idea..
