I'm looking for someone with good web design skills. The project consists of taking one of my web sites (very amateurish) and turning it into something that looks good (NOT high-tech looking, but "friendly"). In addition, the designer would create a series of banners that my future affiliates would use on their pages.
The designer should be knowledgeable with the latest web design programs, and should not find it difficult to implement the latest scripts where necessary.
The designer should also be able to provide links to his or hers past projects, and should be able to prove their work when asked.
Although I can't pay you in cash, I do have some good domain names I'd be willing to trade for your work (see www.domainrewards.com for a list of my names).
