Hmmm interesting ...

Online raffles require some tricky "TOSing". By selling a "member" pre paid "$" and
then they can spend the "$" on "contests, games, etc ..." .... blah blah blah ..... I can't
remember all the details but I was looking @ doing something with domain here / com
and was discouraged by the raffle legal issues.

I think I'm more interested in the raffle "loophole model" ...... :undecided:
