I think some of the following would be nice to see in the future of the domain industry via Icann. Even though icann will never provide them...
1) A working complaint system for registrars who scam, ripoff or otherwise dont follow Icann or USC policies. I mean i have followed general steps before and never got a response from icann.
2) More often database updates for new registrations, drops ....
