I would agree that it's not worth too much undeveloped. Identity theft is certainly a big issue, but the word "talk" kinda kills the value. Host a forum there and grow it and it will certainly have value.

Thats exactly what is the idea behind this domain....hosting a forum. where people can talk about scams and fixes about the 'identity theft' issue.
