The weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. The $65,000 sale of IFly.com at Sedo heads this week's leaderboard. That was just one of eight reported five-figure sales. In term's of sheer quantity, SnapNames had a great week taking 4 of 10 positions on the main chart and the #1 slot on the New TLD list. Read all about it through the link below:

Weekly DNJournal.com Domain Sales Report

P.S. DNJournal will be covering the Traffic 2004 conference in Delray Beach, Florida tomorrow through Saturday (Oct. 20-23). The first business sessions will be on Thursday so we will be posting a daily report with photos and news from the conference each evening Thursday through Saturday (links will be located on our front page in the lower left column where the show preview is currently seen). DomainSponsor will be unveiling their new 2.0 program at the show and Sedo CEO Matthew Bentley tells me they will be announcing what he termed "an exciting new program" there as well. We'll gather the details on those and other developments for you in our nightly reports.

Great report, as usual, and I look forward to the TRAFFIC 2004 reports - just a pity I couldn't make it over there this time!

Excellent DNJ as usual, thanks.

One comment I can't help but make is the amazing apparent decline of Pool.com and the meteoric rise from the ashes of Snapnames.

It seems like a very short time ago Pool mostly dominated the list week after week, month after month. Now they are not even on the top list and it appears to me they are only a small player on the list over past few weeks. Does anyone still use them? How are they staying in business and paying that large staff which was once photo'd in DNJ?
