AOL email is a paid service, and is the most reliable email service available in my opinion. Very difficult to hack into, and not a free (or advertiser supported) service, so as long as you pay your bill, your account will not expire or be shut down. Also, it is smart to use an email service that is not directly tied to your domain or hosted on the same server as your domain, etc. (for security reasons)
